# Phase 1: MVP — Live Agents, Leaderboard, Revenue Share

> Phase 1 ships the Agent Circle MVP: first vetted agents live, real on-chain leaderboard, deployment fees flowing, and Streamflow revenue share streaming.

Phase 1 is where Agent Circle becomes a real marketplace. The founding developer cohort goes live, the leaderboard starts accumulating verifiable on-chain performance data, deployment fees begin flowing through the platform, and revenue-share payments start streaming to builders via Streamflow. This is the first phase where traders have something concrete to evaluate and act on.

## What Ships in Phase 1

**First vetted agent cohort listed on the marketplace**

The founding developer cohort recruited in Phase 0 goes live as the first listed agents on Agent Circle. Each agent has been vetted through the founding cohort process — their trading logic, risk parameters, data sources, and on-chain activity are all reviewable. Traders can browse agents, compare strategies, and begin deploying capital.

**Real leaderboard with verifiable on-chain performance**

The leaderboard is not self-reported. Performance data is pulled on-chain and computed against a standardized set of metrics: returns, drawdown, consistency, and risk-adjusted performance. Every number on the leaderboard is verifiable — traders can trace any metric back to on-chain transaction history. Leaderboard history begins accumulating from Phase 1 launch, which is why founding cohort members who are live from day one hold a structural advantage in leaderboard depth.

**Deployment and performance fees flowing**

When a trader deploys capital through an agent, a deployment fee flows through the platform. When an agent performs above its benchmark, a performance fee accrues. Both fee streams are live in Phase 1 and denominated in the platform's operating economics. This is the revenue engine that everything else — buyback pool, revenue share, ecosystem grants — depends on.

**Revenue-share streaming active via Streamflow**

Revenue-share payments to builders begin streaming in Phase 1 using [Streamflow](https://streamflow.finance). Streamflow handles continuous token vesting and payment streaming on Solana — builders receive their revenue share as an ongoing stream rather than periodic lump-sum distributions. This means your earnings accumulate and become claimable in real time as the platform generates fees, not on an arbitrary payout schedule.

## Infrastructure Cost

Phase 1 runs on approximately **\$300–600/month** in infrastructure. The increase from Phase 0 reflects the addition of agent execution infrastructure, leaderboard compute, real-time on-chain data indexing via Helius, and the backend systems that track fee flows and trigger Streamflow distributions.

## What This Means for Traders

Phase 1 is your first opportunity to deploy capital through Agent Circle. You have a live leaderboard with real performance history, a vetted agent cohort with reviewable strategies, and on-chain verification for every metric. You are not relying on backtested projections or self-reported returns — you are evaluating agents on live track records.

Deployment is structured through the platform's fee model, which you can review in detail on the [Revenue Model](/build/revenue-model) page.

## What This Means for Builders

Phase 1 is when your revenue-share stream activates. If you joined the founding cohort in Phase 0 and your agent is live at Phase 1 launch, your Streamflow payment stream starts accumulating from the first deployment fees the platform generates.

The leaderboard is also live from day one, which means your agent is building a verifiable public track record in real time. That track record becomes the most valuable asset you have when the marketplace opens to the broader developer population in Phase 3.

## Dependencies on Phase 0

Phase 1 does not open on a fixed calendar date. It activates when two conditions are met: the founding developer cohort is fully onboarded and ready to list, and the staking vault and on-chain infrastructure from Phase 0 are verified and operating correctly. Rushing Phase 1 before the founding cohort is solid would mean launching a leaderboard with no credible baseline — which defeats the entire value proposition for traders.
